About Mirror

Take a daily pause to reflect, organize your thoughts and explore fresh perspectives on your experiences and decisions with Mirror.

What is Mirror?

Mirror is a digital space for personal reflection: a pause to organize your thoughts and explore fresh perspectives on your experiences, decisions and behaviors. It is not therapy, psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

How does it work?

One question a day invites you to reflect on real experiences. Write at your own pace and receive a reading grounded in what you shared, without diagnosis or an evaluation of who you are.

Who is it for?

People who want to look more closely at their experiences, relationships and decisions, including situations at work and in leadership. You do not need Mosaic to begin.

How can I start reflecting?

Open Mirror, create or access your account and respond to the daily reflection. You do not need a perfect answer: start with what feels meaningful to share.

What can daily reflection offer?

Reflection can help you organize thoughts, recognize learning and consider other possibilities. Every experience is personal; Mirror does not promise results or guaranteed emotional transformation.

How does Mirror offer new perspectives?

The initial reading draws on the reflection you wrote. As your history grows, Mirror can connect entries when there is evidence. One reflection does not establish trends or habitual behaviors.

Is the app free?

This page does not list prices or commercial terms. Contact support to confirm access conditions before you begin.

Do I need to install it?

No. You can use Mirror in your browser. If you prefer, add it to your phone's home screen or install it on your computer, without an app store download.

Are my reflections public?

No. Your reflections and personal history are not public pages for search engines. Read the Privacy Policy to learn how your data is handled.
